I think that in the English-speaking world, the Gao Yisheng (via Zhang Junfeng in Taiwan), Gong Baotian (via Liu Yunqiao in Taiwan), Men Baozhen (via Xie Peiqi in Beijing), and then Li Ziming (via himself in Beijing) are the most common in that order, but we will see!
